Bull Fly - As you are moving a a steady pace (need a long board) bend down really low and fall back onto
your back. Laying on your back, still moving, place your hands under your butt and lift your legs in the air, balancing on
your upper back and shoulders.
Bull Fly 5.0 - The same as the bull fly, but when you bring your legs back down place them on the nose
and ride out into a nose ride (hangten).
